We were selected by The Maine Barns — a curated collection of private properties in the heart of Maine known for their seclusion and flexibility — to develop a digital advertising strategy that would attract couples seeking a venue for an extraordinary wedding celebration. We built a custom approach leveraging both Google and Meta Paid Advertising to drive targeted traffic and generate high-quality leads. To reach a niche audience actively searching for exclusive property buyouts in New England, we designed  geographically and demographically refined campaigns across both platforms. With tailored creative and messaging aligned to peak engagement inquiry season, we successfully built a high-performing lead generation funnel that saw immediate success.

THE RESULTS

  • High-Quality Leads: We successfully generated a significant volume of high-quality leads, resulting in strong interest in the venue and over $175K of business booked. The number of leads increased by more than 54% in the second month of service, demonstrating rapid and impactful campaign performance.

  • High-Performing Google Ads: Our Google Ads surpassed benchmarks for both CTR and CPC in the first month of service, with continued growth month-over-month for the past 5 months. By month two, our ads had surpassed click-through-rate industry benchmarks by +303% while being 68% more effective in terms of cost-per-click benchmarks.  

  • High-Performing Meta Ads: With the goal of driving brand awareness and reach, our Meta Ads garnered over 97K impressions and 3,000 clicks in our first month of service. Additionally, this campaign exceeded industry benchmarks by 458% (click-through rate) and 94% (cost-per-click). 

  • Increased Website Traffic: The addition of these two campaigns resulted in a +138% month-over-month increase in website traffic, driving more engaged visitors to explore the venue offerings.
